Bloody brilliant ... and bloody funny!

To my taste, 3 of them are 5'ers (on a scale of 1 to 5).

BTW, did you know the meaning of "5 x 5" ... or "five by five", as it relates to radio reception? From "searchAssist", ""5x5" in radio communication means that the signal strength and clarity are both rated as excellent, indicating that the transmission is loud and clear." How appropriate!

Thank you, and no, I didn't know that. Nothing like a Limerick for unambiguity - metaphor? Pah!

Yup!

Essentially, "5x5" means "loud and clear", in the world of radio/walkie-talkies.

I esp like Sold Out and Up the Amazon . . . economic realities are brought to life in a fun way. And Paris Heist highlights obvious lies that are told in the news, perhaps to test how easily people can be fooled. "And the thief flapped his arms and flew away" might be the next news claim.

And TV newscasters would report it with a straight face while the papers claimed it was masterminded by Putin!
